Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Ámbito de aplicación
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all transportation services booked with Cádiz Taxi Premium through our website, telephone, or email. By making a booking, the customer accepts the conditions detailed below.
2. Cancellations by the Customer
- 
Free cancellations: Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
 - 
Late cancellations: If the cancellation is made within 12 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, Cádiz Taxi Premium reserves the right to charge 50% of the total fare as a cancellation fee.
 - 
No-show: If the customer does not appear at the agreed pick-up location without prior notice, the service will be considered fully provided, and no refund will be issued.
 
3. Modifications
- 
Changes to bookings (time, pick-up location, number of passengers, etc.) are subject to availability.
 - 
If a modification cannot be accommodated and the customer cancels, the cancellation terms outlined above will apply.
 
4. Cancelaciones por parte de Cádiz Taxi Premium
Cádiz Taxi Premium reserves the right to cancel a booking in the following cases:
- 
Unforeseen circumstances that prevent the safe or timely provision of the service (e.g., extreme weather, accidents, road closures).
 - 
Failure by the customer to comply with the obligations established in the Terms and Conditions (e.g., providing incorrect information, unsafe conduct).
 
In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid in advance.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, except when the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, in which case no refund will be provided.
 - 
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
 
6. Force Majeure
Cádiz Taxi Premium shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to: heavy traffic, strikes, weather conditions, accidents, or delays of flights, trains, or ships.
