La confirmaci\u00f3n del Servicio<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"912\">Las reservas realizadas a trav\u00e9s de nuestro sitio web, WhatsApp, tel\u00e9fono o cualquier otro canal de <strong data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"602\">no confirmadas de forma autom\u00e1tica<\/strong> sobre el pago o solicitar.<br data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"630\">Cada servicio debe recibir <strong data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"681\">confirmaci\u00f3n expl\u00edcita<\/strong> desde el equipo de C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium, nos  comunicaremos a trav\u00e9s de mensajes, correo electr\u00f3nico, o una confirmaci\u00f3n directa por el personal autorizado.<br data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"809\">Solo despu\u00e9s de recibir esta confirmaci\u00f3n de la reserva se considera <strong data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"911\">completamente reservado y garantizado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"951\"><strong data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"951\">2. Modificaciones De Horarios<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"1346\" class=\"translation-block\">Cualquier cambio en la <strong data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1012\">hora, lugar o destino de recogida<\/strong> debe solicitarse <strong data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1063\">al menos 24 horas antes de la salida programada.<\/strong> Las modificaciones solicitadas <strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1137\">dentro de las 24 horas<\/strong> previas al servicio programado no ser\u00e1n aceptadas, salvo en casos justificados y con la <strong data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1248\">aprobaci\u00f3n expresa<\/strong> de C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium.<\/strong> Todos los cambios est\u00e1n sujetos a &lt;strong data-start=&quot;1301&quot; disponibilidad de datos y viabilidad operativa.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1388\"><strong data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1388\">3. Cancelaciones y Reembolsos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1431\"><strong data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1431\">3.1 las Cancelaciones por parte del Cliente<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1922\">\n<li data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1554\">\n<p data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1554\"><strong data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1457\">Libre de cancelaciones:<\/strong> Las reservas pueden ser canceladas sin cargo hasta <strong data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1524\">24 horas antes de<\/strong> la hora programada de recogida.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1741\">\n<p data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1741\"><strong data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1580\">Cancelaciones fuera de plazo:<\/strong> Si la cancelaci\u00f3n se produce dentro de <strong data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1623\">24 horas<\/strong>C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium se reserva el derecho a aplicar un <strong data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1692\">carga parcial<\/strong> administrativos o gastos de viajes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1742\" data-end=\"1922\">\n<p data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1922\"><strong data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1756\">No-show:<\/strong> Si el cliente no aparece en el acuerdo de la pick-up ubicaci\u00f3n sin necesidad de previo aviso, el servicio ser\u00e1 considerado como totalmente y <strong data-start=\"1893\" data-end=\"1906\">no hay reembolso<\/strong> ser\u00e1 publicada.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"1971\"><strong data-start=\"1928\" data-end=\"1971\">3.2 las Cancelaciones por C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1972\" data-end=\"2053\">C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium se reserva el derecho de cancelar una reserva en los siguientes casos:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2054\" data-end=\"2260\">\n<li data-start=\"2054\" data-end=\"2112\">\n<p data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2112\">Inapropiado o comportamiento amenazante por el cliente.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2113\" data-end=\"2173\">\n<p data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2173\">La embriaguez o bajo la influencia de sustancias.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2174\" data-end=\"2260\">\n<p data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2260\">Problemas t\u00e9cnicos o causas de fuerza mayor (aver\u00edas, enfermedades, condiciones clim\u00e1ticas, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2262\" data-end=\"2442\">En tales casos, si se realiz\u00f3 el pago por adelantado, el cliente recibir\u00e1 un <strong data-start=\"2337\" data-end=\"2352\">reembolso completo<\/strong> utilizando el mismo m\u00e9todo de pago, a menos que el incidente fue causado por el comportamiento del cliente.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2463\"><strong data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2463\">3.3 Reembolsos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2636\">Los reembolsos ser\u00e1n procesados utilizando el <strong data-start=\"2500\" data-end=\"2523\">mismo m\u00e9todo de pago<\/strong> utilizada para la reserva.<br data-start=\"2554\" data-end=\"2557\">Los tiempos de procesamiento pueden variar dependiendo del banco del cliente o proveedor de servicios de pago.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2643\" data-end=\"2672\"><strong data-start=\"2646\" data-end=\"2672\">4. De conducta y de Respeto<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2673\" data-end=\"2764\">C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium se reserva el derecho a <strong data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"2747\">rechazar o cancelar el servicio<\/strong> si el cliente:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2765\" data-end=\"2909\">\n<li data-start=\"2765\" data-end=\"2826\">\n<p data-start=\"2767\" data-end=\"2826\">Muestra una falta de respeto, amenazante, o comportamiento violento.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2827\" data-end=\"2909\">\n<p data-start=\"2829\" data-end=\"2909\">Ponga en peligro la seguridad o integridad del conductor, del veh\u00edculo, o a otros pasajeros.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"3127\">Tales acciones se consideran infracciones en virtud de la <strong data-start=\"2960\" data-end=\"2999\">Municipal de Taxi Reglamento de C\u00e1diz<\/strong> y el <strong data-start=\"3008\" data-end=\"3082\">los reglamentos de la junta de Andaluc\u00eda (Junta de Andaluc\u00eda)<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3083\" data-end=\"3086\">En estos casos, no habr\u00e1 reembolso.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3134\" data-end=\"3157\"><strong data-start=\"3137\" data-end=\"3157\">5. Fuerza Mayor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3158\" data-end=\"3417\">C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium no ser\u00e1 responsable por retrasos, cancelaciones, o conexiones perdidas derivadas de acontecimientos fuera de su control, incluyendo pero no limitado a: tr\u00e1fico pesado, huelgas, accidentes, condiciones clim\u00e1ticas, o retrasos de vuelos, trenes o barcos.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"215\" data-end=\"243\">6.
