Servicios Ofrecidos<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"912\">C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium ofrece los siguientes servicios de transporte privado:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"1167\">\n<li data-start=\"913\" data-end=\"970\">\n<p data-start=\"915\" data-end=\"970\">Traslados urbanos e interurbanos dentro de C\u00e1diz y Andaluc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1033\">\n<p data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1033\">Traslados a aeropuertos, estaciones de tren y puertos<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1034\" data-end=\"1097\">\n<p data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1097\">Rutas tur\u00edsticas a medida por C\u00e1diz y alrededores.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1098\" data-end=\"1167\">\n<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1167\">Servicios especiales bajo solicitud (ej.: eventos, bodas, congresos).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1236\">Todos los servicios est\u00e1n sujetos a disponibilidad y confirmaci\u00f3n por parte de los conductores.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"--fontSize: 48; line-height: 1.2;\">4. Condiciones de Reserva<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1645\">\n<li data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1332\">\n<p data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1332\">Las reservas podr\u00e1n realizarse a trav\u00e9s del sitio web, por tel\u00e9fono o por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1462\">\n<p data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1462\">El cliente deber\u00e1 proporcionar informaci\u00f3n veraz y completa: lugar de recogida, destino, fecha, hora, n\u00famero de pasajeros y equipaje.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1520\">\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1520\">La reserva ser\u00e1 confirmada por correo electr\u00f3nico o tel\u00e9fono.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1645\">\n<p data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1645\">C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium se reserva el derecho de solicitar pago por adelantado o dep\u00f3sito a trav\u00e9s del sistema de pago en l\u00ednea habilitado.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"--fontSize: 48; line-height: 1.2;\">5. Cancelaciones y reembolsos<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2276\" class=\"translation-block\">Las cancelaciones y modificaciones se regulan por la Pol\u00edtica de Cancelaci\u00f3n y Reembolsos disponible en este sitio web.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"--fontSize: 48; line-height: 1.2;\">7. Obligaciones del cliente<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2312\" data-end=\"2337\">El cliente se compromete a:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2569\">\n<li data-start=\"2338\" data-end=\"2392\">\n<p data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2392\">Proporcionar informaci\u00f3n veraz y precisa en la reserva.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2393\" data-end=\"2437\">\n<p data-start=\"2395\" data-end=\"2437\">Presentarse puntualmente en el punto de recogida acordado.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2438\" data-end=\"2498\">\n<p data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2498\">Mantener una conducta respetuosa y segura durante el servicio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2499\" data-end=\"2569\">\n<p data-start=\"2501\" data-end=\"2569\">Cumplir con las normas de seguridad vial y de transporte de pasajeros.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"2639\">El incumplimiento podr\u00e1 dar lugar a la negativa de prestaci\u00f3n del servicio sin derecho a reembolso.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"--fontSize: 48; line-height: 1.2;\">8. Obligaciones de C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2685\" data-end=\"2735\">C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium y sus conductores se comprometen a:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2736\" data-end=\"3002\">\n<li data-start=\"2736\" data-end=\"2812\">\n<p data-start=\"2738\" data-end=\"2812\">Prestar el servicio con profesionalidad, puntualidad y seguridad.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2877\">\n<p data-start=\"2815\" data-end=\"2877\">Mantener los veh\u00edculos en perfecto estado de funcionamiento e higiene.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2878\" data-end=\"2945\">\n<p data-start=\"2880\" data-end=\"2945\">Informar al cliente de manera clara y anticipada sobre las tarifas aplicables.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2946\" data-end=\"3002\">\n<p data-start=\"2948\" data-end=\"3002\">Cumplir con la normativa vigente en materia de transporte de pasajeros.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"--fontSize: 48; line-height: 1.2;\">9. Responsabilidad<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3304\">\n<li data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3175\">\n<p data-start=\"3029\" data-end=\"3175\">C\u00e1diz Taxi Premium no ser\u00e1 responsable de retrasos causados por factores ajenos a su control (tr\u00e1fico, accidentes, condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas, huelgas, retrasos de vuelos o trenes).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3176\" data-end=\"3304\">\n<p data-start=\"3178\" data-end=\"3304\">La empresa no se responsabiliza de objetos perdidos en los veh\u00edculos. En caso de ser encontrados, ser\u00e1n devueltos bajo condiciones previamente acordadas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"--fontSize: 48; line-height: 1.2;\">10. Protecci\u00f3n de Datos<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3336\" data-end=\"3506\" class=\"translation-block\">Los datos personales facilitados durante el proceso de reserva ser\u00e1n tratados conforme a nuestra Pol\u00edtica de Privacidad, en cumplimiento del RGPD y la normativa espa\u00f1ola de protecci\u00f3n de datos.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"--fontSize: 48; line-height: 1.2;\">11.
