These Conditions of Contract regulate the provision of private transport services offered by Cádiz Taxi Premium through its website, telephone, or email. By booking a service, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

Cádiz Taxi Premium provides the following services:

  • Urban and intercity transfers in Cádiz and Andalusia.

  • Transfers to and from airports, train stations, and ports.

  • Tailored tourist routes across Cádiz and surrounding areas.

  • Special services on request (e.g., weddings, congresses, events).

All services are subject to driver availability and confirmation.

4. Booking Conditions

  • Bookings may be made via the website, telephone, or email.

  • The customer must provide accurate information: pick-up location, destination, date, time, number of passengers, and luggage.

  • The booking will be confirmed via email or telephone.

  • Cádiz Taxi Premium reserves the right to request advance payment or a deposit through the enabled online payment system.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

  • The fare may vary depending on date, time, route, number of passengers, and extra services requested.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Cash payment to the driver.

    • Online payment through WooCommerce (credit card or other enabled methods).

  • No additional fees will apply for transporting pets or child seats, provided they are requested in advance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and modifications are regulated by the Cancellation and Refund Policy, available on this website.

7. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate booking information.

  • Be punctual at the agreed pick-up point.

  • Maintain respectful and safe conduct during the service.

  • Comply with road safety regulations and passenger transport rules.

Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without refund.

8. Cádiz Taxi Premium Obligations

Cádiz Taxi Premium and its drivers undertake to:

  • Provide transport service with professionalism, punctuality, and safety.

  • Maintain vehicles in perfect working and hygienic condition.

  • Inform the customer clearly and in advance of applicable rates.

  • Comply with current passenger transport regulations.

9. Liability

  • Cádiz Taxi Premium is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control (traffic, accidents, weather, strikes, or flight/train delays).

  • The company is not responsible for items lost in vehicles. If found, they will be returned under mutually agreed conditions.

10. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR and Spanish data protection laws.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Conditions of Contract are governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Cádiz, unless otherwise provided by mandatory applicable law.
