2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions
This document regulates access, navigation, and use of the Cádiz Taxi Premium website, as well as the conditions applicable to the booking of transport services offered through it.
By making a booking, the user expressly accepts these conditions.
3. Services Offered
Cádiz Taxi Premium provides the following private transport services:

Urban and intercity transfers within Cádiz and Andalusia.

Transfers to and from airports, stations, and ports.
 - 
Tailored tourist routes.
 - 
Special services upon request (e.g., events, weddings, congresses).
 
All services are subject to availability and confirmation by authorized drivers.
4. Booking Conditions
Bookings may be made via the website, telephone, or email.
The client must clearly provide pickup details, destination, date, and number of passengers.
In some cases, advance payment or a deposit may be required through the online payment gateway provided on the website.
Cádiz Taxi Premium will confirm the booking via email or telephone.
5. Rates and Payment Methods

Rates will be shown in euros (€) and will include applicable taxes.

Prices may vary depending on the date, time, route, number of passengers, or requested extras.
 
Accepted payment methods:
- 
Cash payment to the driver.
 - 
Online payment through the WooCommerce gateway (credit card or other enabled methods).
 
No additional charges will apply for transporting pets or child seats, provided prior notice is given.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
- 
Cancellations must be notified at least 12 hours in advance.
 - 
In case of cancellation within the 12 hours prior to the service, a charge of 50% of the transfer amount may apply.
 - 
If the client fails to appear at the pickup location without prior notice, the service will be considered rendered and no refund will be issued.
 - 
Modifications will be subject to availability.
 
7. Client Obligations
The client agrees to:

Provide truthful information during the booking process.
 - 
Be present on time at the agreed pickup location.
 - 
Maintain appropriate behavior during the journey.
 - 
Comply with current road safety and transport regulations.
 
8. Cádiz Taxi Premium Obligations
Cádiz Taxi Premium and its drivers undertake to:

Provide the service with punctuality, safety, and professionalism.
 - 
Maintain vehicles in perfect condition, both in cleanliness and functionality.
 - 
Clearly inform clients in advance about applicable rates.
 - 
Comply with current passenger transport regulations.
 
9. Liability
- 
Cádiz Taxi Premium shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control (traffic, weather conditions, accidents, flight delays, etc.).

The company will not be liable for items left behind in the vehicle. If found, they will be returned to the client under agreed delivery terms.
 
10. Data Protection
Personal data provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of this website or the booking of services, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Cádiz, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
