Cancellation and Modification Policy
1. Confirmation of Service
Reservations made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or any other channel are not automatically confirmed upon payment or request.
Each service must receive explicit confirmation from the Cádiz Taxi Premium team, which will be communicated via message, email, or direct confirmation by authorized staff.
Only upon receiving this confirmation will the booking be considered fully reserved and guaranteed.
2. Schedule Modifications
Any change in the pick-up time, location, or destination must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure.
Modifications requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service will not be accepted, except in justified cases and with the express approval of Cádiz Taxi Premium.
All changes are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellations by the Customer

Free cancellations: Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

Late cancellations: If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, Cádiz Taxi Premium reserves the right to apply a partial charge for administrative or travel-related expenses.

No-show: If the customer does not appear at the agreed pick-up location without prior notice, the service will be considered fully provided, and no refund will be issued.
3.2 Cancellations by Cádiz Taxi Premium
Cádiz Taxi Premium reserves the right to cancel a booking in the following cases:

Inappropriate or threatening behavior by the customer.

Intoxication or being under the influence of substances.

Technical issues or force majeure (breakdowns, illness, weather conditions, etc.).
In such cases, if payment was made in advance, the customer will receive a full refund using the same payment method, unless the incident was caused by the customer’s behavior.
3.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking.
Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
4. Conduct and Respect
Cádiz Taxi Premium reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service if the customer:

Displays disrespectful, threatening, or violent behavior.

Endangers the safety or integrity of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.
Such actions are considered violations under the Municipal Taxi Regulations of Cádiz and the regulations of the Andalusian Regional Government (Junta de Andalucía).
In these cases, no refund will be issued.
5. Force Majeure
Cádiz Taxi Premium shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or missed connections resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to: heavy traffic, strikes, accidents, weather conditions, or delays of flights, trains, or ships.
